You can cancel an order when it is in pending payment, hold, or received status, as long as the ‘Cancel Order’ option is available on Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Orders with status ‘order confirmed’, ‘processing’, ‘ready for dispatch’, ‘shipped’ or ‘out for delivery’ cannot be cancelled. No request for cancellation will be entertained if the order is under any of these status.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order visit the ‘Orders‘ section under ‘My Account‘ and then select the item or order you want to cancel.
Cancellation request will not be accepted through any other medium like WhatsApp, Email, Facebook / Instagram chat or Phone call.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet you will receive the refund in the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
For International Orders 5% deductions will there due to transaction fees charged by payment gateway and banks.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Urban Womania and accept Urban Womania’s decision regarding the cancellation of any order or item.
