1. For International Orders, that are not eligible for free shipping, shipping charges are automatically added at the time of checkout.
2. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, OnlineXpress, Ecom Express and Bluedart.
3. For International Orders, we ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex.
4. Urban Womania does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
5. All Orders, whether Domestic or International, are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving it. However, in some cases, due to the intricate manufacturing process of Indian Ethnic Wear, it may take 8-12 working days to dispatch your order.
6. Pre-Order and Backorder items might take 15-20 days to dispatch, as they might presently be in production or being restocked.
7. Made on Order or Customised Products take 15-20 working days or sometimes even longer to dispatch. We dispatch the products as soon as they are ready.
8. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. For international orders the transit time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order. Please refer to the table below for a list of available international shipping methods and estimated transit times.

9. The shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) will be sent to you via email along with the courier company details immediately after the products are shipped from our location.
10. The status of your package can be tracked on the Track Shipment page or via the logistic partner’s website or through their customer support number.
11. We do not wait for complete order to be shipped together so that customers can use whatever products are ready with us. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via email and is also available in ‘Orders‘ section under ‘My Account‘.
12. If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a store credit, refund or exchange.
13. In case you place a Cash on Delivery order, our customer support representatives may call you to confirm your order within 1 working day.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
14. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is very necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
15. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
